Privacy Policy
ImaKoko - IM HERE! (“the App”) is an iPhone app designed to show your current location when needed and let you share that location with a recipient or external service you choose.
1. Use of Location Information
The App accesses your current location when you tap the “I’m Here” button and uses it to display your location on a map, show address or coordinate information, and provide sharing functions.
The App does not continuously track your location in the background.
2. Information Stored or Collected
The App does not keep an in-app location history and does not send or store your location on servers controlled by the App operator.
The current version does not use advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs to collect or track user behavior.
3. Sharing and External Services
If you choose features such as Share This Location, SMS, Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Street View, information such as your location, address, coordinates, or a map URL may be passed, through your own action, to the recipient or external service you selected.
After information is passed to an external service, its handling is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
4. Location Permission
The App uses iOS location permission. You can change the App’s access to location information at any time in iPhone Settings.
5. Sale or Disclosure to Third Parties
The App operator does not sell your location information and does not collect location information on an App-operated server for disclosure to third parties.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not create user accounts and does not collect or store personal information or location information on servers controlled by the App operator.
7. Changes to This Policy
If the App’s features, data handling practices, or external service integrations change, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as appropriate.
